Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Because our jewelry is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping, processing times ensure quality and accuracy before your package is sent out.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience unusually high order volume, we will notify customers of any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders through USPS using the following services:

USPS Ground Advantage

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

USPS First-Class Mail

  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package at any time

If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Address

Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.
Please double-check your address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Lost packages due to customer address errors

If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at veracreationsco@gmail.com.
If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS.

Vera Creations Co is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • USPS delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or family members

  2. Checking around your mailbox or property

  3. Contacting USPS directly with your tracking number
